Heather appreciates your business and wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Heather endeavors to provide unique, quality, ethical products at competitive prices.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the item within 5 business days
of receipt. All the item(s) need to be in their original condition, not worn or altered. You may exchange
or request a refund less cost of shipping. See Returns Policy below.

Important : your shipping costs will not be refunded for any reason . You are responsible for the
cost of return items unless otherwise agreed.

RETURNS

Please contact heather before returning any products. Any missing or damaged items must be reported
within 5 business days. NOTE: Heather Meyer is not responsible for shipments that are damaged or lost
in transit and recommends you purchase insurance.

Buttons from stock - refund or exchange within 30 days with 5 day notification.

Damaged or incorrect items - exchange within 14 days with 5 day notification.

Special orders - no refund or exchange. All orders over $100 (AUD) will be sent a sample
for approval BEFORE shipping.

The original merchandise must be returned and received with a return authorization number before
a refund or exchange is issued. You will not be refunded the original shipping and handling charge
on your invoice unless the item was incorrect.

Heather Meyer is not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit and suggest
you use a traceable carrier that can provide proof of delivery.
