Confidentiality

Heather will never share your designs ideas. All swatches, colours and concepts shared will remain confidential.

Custom Colours

Simply mail your swatches to heather.

Custom Designs

Collaborate with heather. Stand out with buttons made just for you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for new designs.

Design Exclusivity

Custom buttons and adornments created for you will remain exclusively yours for that season. In the case of recurring orders, the design will remain exclusive for the duration of orders. Contact Heather for full terms and conditions.

Samples

You may select from styles in the Gallery or contact Heather to arrange for additional styles and options.

Production

It is best to advise Heather that a production order is pending before your sales figures are finalized. Upon receipt of your purchase order you will be sent a final production sample for approval and then be scheduled for production.

Heather will always offer you the best possible price, which is largely based on the quantity of your wholesale order, and seeks ethical business relationships. Please enjoy these special buttons which are made to give you more latitude with your design projects and to free you from minimum order restrictions.

Beware of being offered "a better price" (better to talk to Heather). These buttons and techniques have been developed over many years and you would most likely end up with an inferior product and in a huge panic at ship time! I have seen this happen. Sorry, if you call me to fix the problem, my answer will be no. Please enjoy these buttons with respect and abide by intellectual property laws.
